Why tracked
Bring the chipper to the work.
Drive to the material
A tracked chipper walks to the brush, so the crew spends its day chipping instead of hauling limbs to the road.
Work where trucks can’t
Soft ground, slopes, wooded sites and back yards are tracked-chipper work.
Remote included on the XR8D
The XR8D comes with a wireless remote, included in the $86,750 price.
Who it’s for
Built for crews that work off the road.
Tree services and arborists
Back yards, wooded lots and removals where the truck stops at the curb. Drive the chipper to the drop zone and stop dragging brush.
Utilities and right-of-way
Corridor and right-of-way work away from the road, where a towable chipper can’t follow the crew.
Land managers and fuel reduction
Ranches, parks and fire-break work across rough ground. Chip where the material falls.
Slopes and tight access
The XR8D’s Traxion legs level the machine on banks up to 35°. Rubber tracks carry both models over soft ground.
