The XR8D Embankment track woodchipper gets the chipping performance of a Forst right to the trickiest locations. With its Traxion embankment system the machine will climb banks up to 35 degrees and offers huge ground clearance when you need it. The Tough and robust scissor action parallel leg system gives this machine exceptional versatility allowing you to expand and retract the legs independently to make for safe tracking on the bank side or simply to negotiate over obstacles. This machine will get rid of chip incredibly fast and hard even if it is wet and green. A massive benefit when throwing chips up the bankside thanks to the huge flywheel system with twin 10” blades.

The Forstgrip twin hydraulic horizontal feed roller system offering exceptional grip on timber. The large top feed lifts on an arc, climbing toward the timber rather than lifting straight up and down, this makes climbing butt ends exceptional. High tension due to twin heavy duty springs and a large bearings supporting either side of the top feed roller ensures strength and durability.
