Quadco saw teeth are made from high grade alloy steel, heat treated to the highest Rockwell rating on the market without becoming brittle. The beaver saw tooth design, with its straight edges is much more durable than the standard concave tooth. The beaver tooth is the best design for cutting in conditions where you may impact rocks and gravel, and they will hold up much better than their concave or carbide counterparts, however they will wear or break just like any hardened steel product if impacted hard enough. This is a shankless saw tooth, so the large bolt replaces the shank and threads directly into the tooth for the ultimate in efficiency. Quadco Saw Teeth are only available in the U.S.A. These teeth are specifically designed for Tigercat Series 75 (51" and 57" saw discs). The extra wide kerf projects beyond the tooth holder to achieve the optimal cutting angle. They are not designed to be installed on all disc types and may not fit certain discs and disc holders. Be sure to take the necessary steps to ensure teeth are seated properly in the holder.
